Public Works EPA Corrective Action Notices

The Choctaw Public Works Department provides a wide array of services to both Tribal members and other programs within the Tribal Government. Those services include:

  • Operation and maintenance of the Tribe’s water, sewer, stormwater, natural gas, and broadband utilities
  • Oversight of Tribal transportation assets, including roads, trails, and bridges
  • Maintenance of Tribal government facilities and eligible Tribal residential properties
  • Planning, design, inspection, and contract management for Tribal infrastructure and facility construction projects

The Department also houses the Office of Environmental Protection, which administers numerous programs aimed at restoring, maintaining, and enhancing the quality of Tribal land, air, and water resources.
